Day 02: Arusha – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast you are transferred to Arusha Airport. Your scheduled flight takes you to the Serengeti. The classic East African Serengeti Safari Camp only has 6 tents, just like in the old days. The bathrooms are en-suite, with traditional safari style bucket showers, short drop toilets and hot and cold water available on demand. The camp itselve is well equipped but light and simple. Serengeti Safari Camp travels within the boundaries of the Serengeti National Park, a giant picture of wild Tanzania - masses of animals, contrasting landforms and of course the Migration. The camp is semi nomadic, it won’t move, whilst you are there, but it is actually on a wide orbit shadowing the migration, so you, your private Nomad Tanzania guide and 4x4 vehicle are as close to a million wildebeest as possible. This is provided with no compromise on quality or comfort. With a guaranteed private car and private Nomad guide, this is a pure safari experience.

Day 03 & 04: Serengeti National Park
You have total freedom and flexibility to plan your own adventures and expeditions with a dedicated guide on hand. You can decide about the schedule of your day, whether you would like a whole day safari with picnic lunch or just an early morning game drive with an afternoon to relax on the terrace of your authentic safari camp. You just agree with your guide on the activities you would like to be part of your day. On camp sites within the Serengeti National Parks you can undertake game drives. If your campsite is outsite of the National Park you may also go on guided walking safaris or undertake night game drives. Enjoy a perfect safari ambiance in a remote wilderness area with great game. Private sundowners and romantic candle light dinners round up an unforgettable experience away from busy lodges, tarmac and crowds.

Day 05: Serengeti National Park – Loliondo Area
A leisurely morning game drive across to Loliondo Safari Camp takes you there in time for lunch and an afternoon that is totally yours to plan. Loliondo Safari Camp moves through magical landscapes just outside the park - with a real freedom to get much closer to nature and the Maasai people. It’s where you can get out of your vehicle and walk, where the bush reveals itself in minute detail and where you can really start feeling and breathing Africa. Although game drives remain a feature here, we strongly recommend devoting time to walking safaris and night drives, neither of which are normally possible within the Serengeti National Park itself. Enjoy the freedom of lengthy picnics under a large tree overlooking a stunning view. Lunch ‘al fresco’ will never have tasted so good. This is the time to slow down, get out of your vehicle and take on a different pace. See the things that you might otherwise not notice; a fascinating new world reveals itself through the eyes of your Maasai guides who accompany you.

Day 06: Loliondo Area
Enjoy a whole day in your small camp with only 6 tents for adventurous activities with your private guide and vehicle. After days in a vehicle, now is the time to step out, stretch your legs and take an afternoon’s walk through the stunning areas surrounding the camp. Your guide accompanies you, showing you all the marvels of the bush in greater detail. Finish the day with a sundowner or two on top of a rocky outcrop, before heading back to camp on a night drive.

Day 07: Loliondo Area – Tarangire National Park
After a leisurely breakfast fly across to your Nomad Tarangire Camp. Nomad Tarangire is Nomad’s newest camp edition with only 4 tents in Tarangire National Park. This small and stylish camp (think Bedouin meets the bush) offers the ultimate all round Tarangire experience, combining game drives in the key game spots, with opportunities for exciting walking safaris and fly camping expeditions within the remote wilderness areas of the park. Tarangire doesn’t get better than this! The unique design of the new tents which offer comfort, space and light and are designed to take full advantage of the passing breezes. The mess and dining tent is spacious, welcoming and funky and definitely somewhere to spend a relaxed afternoon, either inside in the library/lounge area or in the shade of a tree lying in a hammock soaking up the Tarangire vibe. The landscape is famous for its Baobab trees, which are scattered throughout the park. It’s a strong, rolling wilderness that over the last hundred years has earned the respect of the bush-wise, first as a hunting ground and now as a vital wildlife sanctuary in Tanzania’s Great Rift Valley. Pristine bush, extensive wetlands and permanent rivers attract masses of game into the National Parks 2.600 km², not least of which, a phenomenal number of are elephants.
