SOUTH AFRICA

South Africa is a country of endless possibilities. Wonderful safaris are as impressive in diverse landscapes with abundant wildlife as unique stays in vibrant metropolitan cities. With its innumerable facets, this country offers new discoveries despite repeated travels.

Why South Africa

What to expect

Cape Town

This vibrant capital with approximate 3,7 million inhabitants captivates it’s visitors with a wide variety of options. Enjoy breathtaking views over the city and the peninsula from the top of Table Mountain. Besides great shopping possibilities, the city centre also offers architecturally interesting buildings as well as the colourful Bo-Kaap residential quarters. Another interesting excursion is a visit to Robben Island, learning more about Nelson Mandela and the history of South Africa. Relaxation can be found during a day on the beach, enjoying an excellent lunch along False Bay or spending some time in Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

Winelands

This tremendous landscape with its majestic mountain ranges is situated a mere one hour’s drive from Cape Town. Charming towns like Franschhoek and Stellenbosch are internationally celebrated for their exceptional wines. Explore beautiful wine estates and treat yourself with an exclusive dinner in one of the renowned restaurants.

Madikwe Game Reserve

In this malaria free private Game Reserve you could get the chance to see the so called ‘Big 5’, being elephant, leopard, rhino, buffalo and lion as well as other animals during an unforgettable safari. Should you be planning an extraordinary safari in a malaria free region, this reserve is in our opinion most suitable and conveniently reachable with an approx. 1 hour flying time from Johannesburg.
